Conversion Statement

All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit

card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro

into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank.

When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency

according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion,

there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated on our website’.

When you purchase a particular course or collection of courses from our website, you will be automatically charged for the chosen item(s). Upon successful payment, you will receive a password for access and detailed instructions on how to attend the course(s).

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the amount of access to courses, assessments, or other content purchased per person, per household, or per order. These limitations may apply to orders placed using the same account, credit card, billing address, or account address. In the event that access limitations are applied to your order, we will notify you accordingly.

Cancelation policy

At Leagility, we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your purchase. Please review our cancellation policy outlined below:

User privacy protection

On behalf of Leagility.org, we commit to preserving the privacy of all our customers. We only collect necessary, basic customer/user information and data required for business purposes and informing users in accordance with good business practices and to provide quality service. We provide customers with the option to choose, including the decision whether they want to be removed from mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. When entering credit card information, confidential data is transmitted over a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocol and PKI system, currently the most advanced cryptographic technology.

The security of data during the purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Belgrade, so the entire payment process is conducted on the bank’s pages. At no time are credit card data available to our system.

Refunds

In the event of returning the goods and refunding the funds to a customer who previously paid with any of the payment cards, partially or in full, regardless of the reason for the return, Leagility is obliged to process the refund exclusively through VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex, and Dina payment methods. This means that the bank, upon the merchant’s request, will refund the funds to the cardholder’s account
