The Applying Professional Kanban course is for anyone who wants to improve their ability to deliver value and be more effective. This two-day course will give you an in-depth introduction to improving your team’s effectiveness by applying Kanban flow principles.
The Applying Flow Metrics for Scrum course is for anyone who wants to leverage data to improve their Scrum practices. This includes Developers, Testers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, or leaders who want better transparency into the health and performance of their team.
The Applying Metrics for Predictability course is for anyone who has been asked to answer “When Will It Be Done?” Executives, Managers, Leads, or Team Members who want better understanding and transparency into the health and performance of their process.
The Accelerating Product Value course is for anyone who owns the identification, prioritization, definition and delivery of customer product value. Typical attendee roles include Product Managers, Product Owners, VPs, Business Owners, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Epic Owners.
Certifications Overview
The Professional Kanban level I (PK I) assessment is available to anyone who wishes to validate his or her depth of knowledge of Kanban and its application. Those who pass the assessment will receive the industry recognized PK I Certification to demonstrate their fundamental level of Kanban practitioner knowledge.
After completing our Applying Professional Kanban course you will receive a password to attempt PK I exam and one additional free retake if you don’t pass.
The Professional Flow Metrics for Scrum assessment is available to anyone who wishes to validate their depth of knowledge of using flow metrics for scrum teams or within a scrum framework. Those who pass the assessment will receive the industry recognized PFMS Certification to demonstrate their knowledge of applying flow metrics to scrum events.
After completing our Applying Flow Metrics for Scrum course you will receive a password to attempt PFMS exam and one additional free retake if you don’t pass.
The Professional Applied Metrics (PAM) assessment is available to anyone who wishes to validate his or her depth of knowledge of flow metrics for predictability. Those who pass the assessment will receive the industry recognized PAM Certification to demonstrate their knowledge of probabilistic forecasting
After completing our Applying Metrics for Predictability course you will receive a password to attempt PAM exam and one additional free retake if you don’t pass.
The Product Value Acceleration assessment is available to anyone who wishes to validate their depth of knowledge of using advanced techniques for designing and managing value delivery processes. Those who pass the assessment will receive the industry recognized PVA Certification to demonstrate their knowledge of accelerating product value.
After completing our Accelerating Product Value course you will receive a password to attempt PVA exam and one additional free retake if you don’t pass.
