This hands-on workshop will provide you with the tools you need to answer those questions predictably. In this course, attendees will learn what metrics are necessary for accurate forecasting, how to visualize those metrics in appropriate analytics, how to use those analytics to make reliable forecasts and understand risk, and, finally, how to make meaningful interventions for overall process improvement.
AMP is the only Agile Metrics class in the industry that will teach you not only how to identify when work will be done, but also how to continuously forecast work that is in flight.

Who should attend?
The AMP course is for anyone who has been asked “When Will It Be Done?” or had to estimate when a User Story, Epic, Feature, or Project will be delivered. This includes Executives, Managers, Product Owners, Product Managers/Leaders, Project Managers, Consultants, Developers, and any Team Members who want better transparency into the health and performance of their process. Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches are frequent attendees as well!
Certification included
Participants who complete our Applying Metrics for Predictability (AMP) course will receive a password to attempt the AMP certification assessment and earn the esteemed “Professional Applied Metrics” certificate provided by ProKanban.org. AMP class participants attempting the AMP assessment within 14 days of the class and not scoring at least 85% will be granted a second attempt at no additional cost. Upon passing the assessment, you will receive the “Professional Applied Metrics” (PAM) certificate and will be issued credentials through Credly.

Assessment preparation is not the main focus of our workshop. The workshop centers on attendees getting ready to apply new skills back at work and make a real impact in their teams and organizations immediately after the workshop. We value application over certification.
However, we understand that official knowledge verification can be very important to you. You’ve put in the effort to learn new skills, invested your time and money, so you deserve your badge/certificate accordingly. That is the reason why we want to help you with it.
After the workshop, you will receive materials and recommendations for independent preparation for the exam. Additionally, we offer you free group sessions (usually 7-10 days after the end of the workshop) on the topic of exam preparation.
